User flow
For buyers
  • Browse the Feed and open posts that match your needs.
  • Request contact or submit a Service Request for verification / QC / logistics.
  • Keep your Track ID to check status any time.
For sellers
  • Create a structured Post (location, quantity, MOQ, packaging, shipping, summary).
  • Your post is reviewed before it appears publicly.
  • Reply to questions and handle requests professionally.
Service requests
When you submit a service request, you receive a Track ID like ET-XXXX-XXXX. Use it to follow progress and updates.
Supplier Verification
Confirm who you are dealing with before you commit.
Quality & Quantity Check (QC)
Inspection support to reduce risk and prevent surprises.
Logistics Coordination
Pickup, shipping documents, timelines, and coordination.
Track ID — check status
  1. Go to Home and find Check Status.
  2. Paste your Track ID (example: ET-XXXX-XXXX).
  3. Press Check Status to see the current state.
