The core flow
  1. Sign up + verification → phone/email verification.
  2. Create request → product details, quantity, delivery terms.
  3. Select services → QC, Freight, Customs, Warehousing, Insurance (mandatory), Legal (optional).
  4. Publish → request appears in the marketplace feed.
  5. Receive offers → suppliers submit offers with price + delivery terms.
  6. Choose offer → price lock, then messaging/contact opens.
  7. Execute + track → partners/admin manage the service steps.
  8. Complete → confirm delivery and rate suppliers/services.
Zero‑Risk option

When a buyer selects “Final Quotation with Zero Risk”, eTradeCart coordinates the full cycle: execution teams (QC + logistics + customs) plus mandatory insurance and optional legal oversight.

This is for buyers who want one accountable operator instead of managing multiple vendors.

Trust + compliance
  • KYC for buyers and suppliers before key actions (RFQ/quotes).
  • Messaging opens only after price lock to reduce spam and fraud.
  • Admin escalation for disputes and delays.
